Són correus de queixa, d’agraïment o de sol·licitud (2026, ordinària, sèrie 1, 3.1: donar les gràcies al coordinador d’un taller; 2024, ordinària, sèrie 1, 3.2: queixar-se a un servei d’atenció al client).
Estructura fixa: salutació, el motiu del correu a la primera frase, un o dos paràgrafs de contingut, el que demanes o proposes al final i un comiat. Fes parella de salutació i comiat: «Dear Sir or Madam» amb «Yours faithfully», i «Dear Mr/Ms + cognom» amb «Yours sincerely».
Mantén el registre formal: sense contraccions («I would like», no «I’d like»), sense col·loquialismes, amb fórmules de cortesia («I would be grateful if you could…»).

I am writing to thank you for the international online workshop on cooking healthy food that I attended last week. It has been extremely useful for me.
Firstly, the quality of the sessions was outstanding. The speakers were well prepared, the recipes were clearly explained, and the live demonstrations made everything easy to follow. Thanks to the workshop, I learned how to plan balanced weekly menus, read food labels carefully and replace processed products with fresh ingredients. I have already cooked three of the dishes for my family.
However, I would like to suggest some improvements for future workshops. Shorter sessions with a break in the middle would help participants stay focused. In addition, sending the recipes in advance would allow us to buy the ingredients beforehand.

Regarding my experience, I have worked as a volunteer at a summer camp for two years, taking care of groups of eight-year-olds. I have also babysat my two younger cousins every weekend since I was fifteen.

On 3 April I cancelled my subscription on the settings page and received a confirmation email. Nevertheless, on 1 May your company charged my credit card 12.99 euros again. When I called your helpline, nobody could explain why.
I have attached a copy of the confirmation email and of my bank statement as proof. As you can see, the cancellation was completed before the payment was taken.
I would be grateful if you could refund the amount charged in May as soon as possible. I would also appreciate a written explanation of what went wrong, so that this does not happen again.

The apartment was not located where it was supposed to be, was in bad condition and did not include all the facilities that were described on the website. First, the apartment was not located where your website said it was. It was a forty-minute drive from the beach instead of a five-minute walk. Second, the property was in poor condition: the bathroom was dirty and the air conditioning did not work. Finally, several facilities advertised on the website, such as the swimming pool and the Wi-Fi, were not available.
We contacted the owner several times, but he offered no solution and did not apologise.
Given these problems, I would like to ask for a full refund or, at least, a substantial partial refund. I look forward to receiving your reply within seven days.

Les respostes són les oficials?
No: les redaccions model i les explicacions les escriu EducaIA. Les pautes del 2022 al 2024 no donen criteris de redacció (l’examen només diu «4 points») ni cap redacció model. La del 2025 i 2026 reparteix els 4 punts en quatre criteris (gramàtica, vocabulari i ortografia, cohesió, adequació i coherència); tampoc no dona cap redacció model.
Com sé quina nota trauria la meva redacció?
Escriu el teu text, obre el model i marca els criteris que compleix el teu: en veuràs una nota orientativa, un punt per criteri. Fins al 2024 l’examen només diu «4 points» i la pauta no reparteix els punts, així que la pàgina no en calcula cap nota: et diu què demana la consigna. Si una cosa hi és, ho decideixes tu. No es guarda res del que marques.
